I've taken many supplements over the years, this is truly the first supplement where I can detect a significant difference. In the gym I added at least 10 lbs of lean muscle in about 6 months. On the ice (hockey), more energy. I stopped taking if for about 2 months because i had a shoulder injury and dropped my routine. As soon as I got back in the gym and starting taking it again, energy and results were back. highly recommend. If you don't like flavor... its a small shot. Just drink it fast. I don't dislike flavor but I can see that some don't like it.

Tastes bitter, and I mixed it with cow's milk. Will not repurchase.
