Fantastic product from Gregg! If there's one guy I trust in fitness, it's him... I love the flavor of this one and think it blends perfectly with my iced coffee. Great stuff

This is a great supplement that has essential anti-oxidants for the body that I take myself as a Family Practice doctor and I have also recommended to many of my patients. For anyone who has high cholesterol and is on a statin medication the Co-Q-10 enzyme is an essential anti-oxidant to take, as statins have been shown to lower Co-Q-10 levesl. I like that it also has a great form of creatine monohydrate in it which we all need to take daily for optimal brain health as well as energy for the cells in our muscles and other parts of our body. It has been studied for decades and is safe for anyone and should be a part of everyones daily regemine. I also like that this supplement is in a powder form and can help those who get 'pill fatigue'. One of the things I like most of all is this supplement was desinged and produced by Gregg Avedon himself. Gregg is someone who for years has upheld the highest standards in nutrition and health and is someone who lives tha ultimate authentic healthy lifestyle and takes what he puts in his body very seriously. For years he is someone who I have held in admiration for regarding his daily disciplines and commitment to optimizing his health and taking care of himself as a whole in mind, body and spirit. When he came out with his own supplement I was excited to be one of the first to order it as I knew I could trust that it would be the of highest quality, and it has held true to his personal brand of excellence. I've taken many supplements over the years, this is truly the first supplement where I can detect a significant difference. In the gym I added at least 10 lbs of lean muscle in about 6 months. On the ice (hockey), more energy. I stopped taking if for about 2 months because i had a shoulder injury and dropped my routine. As soon as I got back in the gym and starting taking it again, energy and results were back. highly recommend. If you don't like flavor... its a small shot. Just drink it fast. I don't dislike flavor but I can see that some don't like it.

Tastes bitter, and I mixed it with cow's milk. Will not repurchase.

Great product but would like to periodically receive a new scope on mixing cup if possible.
